Hey there!
I’m Elizabeth Piper. And let’s just say I wear a few hats.
Speaker, writer, animated storyteller, multi-passionate human and intuitive consultant for individuals and businesses.
I'm also a firm believer that Gilmore Girls can heal the soul, that dancing around your living room to Florence and the Machine counts as somatic therapy, and that deep conversations with strangers can change your life.
But before I go any further, I have to be honest with you about something.
There are aspects of the self-improvement world that make me cringe.
The perfectly curated messages that promise if you just buy this program, attend that retreat, do the right workouts to attain the perfect body, get enough botox, master a morning routine or repeat certain mantras enough times, you’ll finally have it all figured out.
But here’s the honest, possibly awful marketing
tactic truth: I haven’t figured it all out.
And I don’t pretend to.
I’m still learning. Still navigating grief after losing my mom.
Still reminding myself that my worth isn’t tied to external validation.
Still catching myself overthinking and trying to control how others perceive me.
And still getting triggered during conversations with family members over political disagreements.
All of this to say: I’m not here because I’ve mastered life.
I’m here because I’ve learned to live it with honesty, curiosity, and grace — and that vulnerability is what anchors all of my work.

I don’t believe there are perfectly packaged answers to our problems, but there are tools and practices to help us navigate our questions and struggles with more ease.
Where My Work Comes From
I’ve always noticed things other people miss — the flicker of a tea candle that changes the mood of a room, the small gesture that makes someone feel at home.
That sensitivity started in childhood; growing up in a home touched by addiction made me hyper-aware of energy, emotion, and unspoken needs.
What was once hyper-vigilance became one of my greatest strengths: the ability to sense when something — or someone — is out of sync and guide it or them back into alignment.
That same awareness that helped me navigate my own healing is what fuels my work today. Whether I’m helping someone rediscover their sense of clarity or consulting with a business to create a more intentional guest experience, it all stems from the same place — a desire to make people feel seen, safe, and connected.

The Work I Do Now
For individuals, my work looks like helping you uncover what’s blocking your clarity and guiding you toward confident, aligned action.
For businesses, it’s refining the details, energy, and guest experience that turn ordinary interactions into something unforgettable.
Across all of it, my mission is simple: to help people and places feel more like themselves.
Through coaching, consulting, and creative collaboration, I help individuals find clarity in their next chapter and partner with brands to design experiences that foster connection, community, and meaning.
I’ve shared this work on stages across the country — from Boston College’s Women’s Summit to Baltimore’s Women of the World Conference — and in partnership with companies like Lululemon and local wellness brands.
But what matters most to me isn’t the platform; it’s the people — the conversations that spark change, the spaces that invite connection, the growth that feels magnetic.

The Heart Behind It
I also write a weekly publication on Substack where I share reflections on growth, grief, and self-trust — reminders that even in our messiest seasons, we’re still becoming who we’re meant to be.
If something about my story or work resonates, I’d love to connect and explore what alignment and expansion could look like for you.
